Understanding Anxiety Disorders
Anxiety disorders are common mental health conditions that cause persistent worry, fear, or physical symptoms that interfere with daily life. While occasional anxiety is normal, ongoing anxiety that disrupts work, relationships, or daily functioning may signal a diagnosable condition.
At Happy Sol Health, we help patients understand what they’re experiencing, explore possible causes, and create a treatment plan that supports long-term well-being.
